Delivery orders are subjected to:

• Your address falling in the defined delivery area of the nearest restaurant

• The delivery address being mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in your area

• Availability of the restaurant online

• In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant locator, delivery orders cannot be placed; however you may choose to pick up your order from the nearest Dominos restaurant.

• Your Order must have at least 1 pizza (excluding Pizza Mania) or the minimum bill must be Rs. 300/- or more (inclusive of taxes for delivery)

The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in the mapped restaurant.

• In case certain menu items are not listed in the menu page, the particular restaurant does not carry those items in the menu.

• In case of non availability of ordered product at the mapped restaurant, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed by the restaurant to you.

Only the e-Coupons mentioned in any of the Domino's print material are applicable for Online ordering.

• The complete code has to be punched in the coupon section for availing the coupon

• The coupon code is not case sensitive

• The coupon may not work if the conditions defined in the coupon details are not fulfilled in the order

• Domino's holds the right to accept or reject any coupon without giving any reason whatsoever

• The coupons are valid for specified period only and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period

• The guest must handover the coupon which is entered in the coupon section while placing the order to the delivery person, otherwise the order will be cancelled

• In case the order which is paid through credit card is cancelled due to non availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Domino's restaurant. The same would reflect in the next credit card statement.

• Orders above Rs. 5000 are not eligible to get this coupon & SMS.

• Orders with more than 4 Pizzas or baked items are not eligible to get this coupon & SMS.

• This 30 minutes or free is not valid on Special days such as New year, Christmas, Children's day.

• This is not valid on Special promotions such as Full day Same range Buy one get one free.

• Offer is valid only on Mobile App and website.

• Maximum discount is as same as your previous order value.

• Offer can redeem within 30 days after getting the coupon code.

• You can place the order as a new guest or an existing guest.

• If you wish to place order as a new guest, take the following steps -

• Choose Pick Up option if you want to pick up the order from a nearby Dominos restaurant

• Choose Delivery option if you want to have your pizza delivered to a location

• In restaurant locator select your delivery location from the drop down; fill in the house number and street in last two fields

• Do not try to give an address which is not mapped in the locator. In such a case we will not be delivering to your address and your order will be cancelled.

• In such a case the money will not be refunded by the restaurant.

• The address will be stored in your account and next time when you wish to place the order at the same address, you can just select the address. You can save up to 10 addresses in your account.

• If you have placed an order before, you should choose to order as an existing guest. You have 2 options to log in

• Mobile number and password. This password was sent to your mail id when you ordered last time. You may also use forgot password option. The password will then be send to your registered mail id.

• Social Media Integration – if you associated your mobile number with your facebbok or yahoo account last time when you placed order, you can simply click on facebook or yahoo to log in.

• Once after log in it will show you your previously saved address and saved orders

• Choose Pick Up option if you want to pick up the order from a nearby Dominos restaurant

• Choose Delivery option if you want to have your pizza delivered to a location

• In restaurant locator select your delivery location from the drop down; fill in the house number and street in last two fields

• You have a choice to add toppings to the pizza which will be charged extra as per the size

• You can remove or replace toppings as per Dominos predefined logic only.

• The price of your section is displayed on the same page.

• Click on add more pizza or proceed to sides to add this item to cart.

• You can apply any discount coupon by clicking on coupon button in the cart

• The coupon can be availed by entering the coupon code mentioned in the coupon

• The coupon will only be applied if the conditions mentioned in the details of the coupons are met

• You must handover the coupon which is entered in the coupon section while taking the delivery to the delivery person, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

• Once you have selected a pizza or combo you can then move to the next step of ordering a side through clicking on proceed to sides.

• On the side page you can select sides & beverages and the quantity and then add to the cart

• Click on confirm order button in the cart to move to order confirmation page

• On this page you can edit your order type as well.

• Enter your Name, Email address and mobile number here

• You can also give a name to your order here for future reference.

• Click Proceed to payment to make the payment

• Here apart from cash on delivery you have option to pay by various means like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Mobile payment etc.

• If you select cash on delivery, you will receive a call on your mobile number for validation purpose

• In case of other payment options, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your transaction

• Once your payment is successful your order will be processed

• If your payment is not successful, you will be asked to try again

• If after 3 trials your payment is not successful, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page for you to choose some other payment option.

• Upon successful placing of your order in the restaurant, you will land on the final page where you would receive your order number and bill details.

• You can save this page as html file or take a print out of your bill on this page
